By accessing our Website or using our Services (defined herein), you understand and accept these Terms and agree to be bound by and act in accordance with them. These Terms set forth the conditions for your access to and use of the Website and Services. These Terms are effective as of the date you accept them or otherwise agree by accessing the Website or using our Services.

1. Changes to Terms
Ameribrights reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, including any policy and guideline connected to our Services, at any time at our discretion. If you continue to access our Website or use our Services after the Terms have changed and gone into effect, that means you have accepted those changes and they are legally binding on you. If you do not agree with the changed terms, you must stop using our Website and Services.

Ameribrights provides Services aimed at enhancing your academic and career pursuits, including, but not limited to, resume review, coaching, and books. Specific terms and conditions applicable to our resume review and coaching services are detailed in Appendices A and B, respectively. For guidelines and restrictions related to our books, please refer to Appendix C.
3. Definitions
“Content” refers to content featured or displayed through the Website, including without limitation text, documents, information, data, articles, blog posts, opinions, images, photographs, artwork, graphics, software, applications, video recordings, sounds, designs, features and other materials. Content includes, without limitation, User Generated Content which may be submitted by a User.
“Feedback” refers to any suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback provided by Users. This includes but is not limited to suggestions for improvements, new features, post ideas, or general feedback aimed at enhancing the user experience.
“Fees” refers to the charges associated with Services provided on our Website.
“Products” refers to any physical or digital good offered for sale through our Website. This includes downloadable resources, templates, books, guides, maps, and any other tangible or intangible items made available to Users.
“Services” refers to the various offerings, services, Products, features, and functionalities made available to users through our Website. This includes, but is not limited to, our books, and resume review and coaching services.
“User” or “You” means any individual or entity that accesses, browses, or interacts with our Website in any manner. This includes, but is not limited to, visitors, contributors of Content, and customers who make purchases or utilize any Services through our Website.
“User Generated Content” or “Your Content” refers to any content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, or other materials, voluntarily submitted, posted, uploaded, or shared by users on the Website, or transmitted to us via email or other communication channels. This content is created, owned, and controlled by the respective users, and does not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of Ameribrights. Users retain all rights and responsibilities associated with their own User-Generated Content.

By accessing our Website, you represent and warrant that:
- You will use the Website and Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws, regulations, and any other legal obligations in your jurisdiction;
- You have the authority and legal capacity to accept and abide by these Terms;
- You are at least 13 years old and have the authority and legal capacity to accept and abide by these Terms; and
- You have not been previously removed or suspended from our Website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate, or suspend any User’s access to our Services without notice at any time. This decision may be made at our sole discretion and for any reason.
If we believe that you have not complied with your obligation to pay for our Services as outlined in these Terms, we will refuse to serve you. Additionally, refusal of service may occur if we receive an excessive number of requests for a particular service, exceeding our available resources and capacity. In such cases, we may prioritize existing clients or limit new client intake until resources become available.
Termination or suspension of access to our Website and Services may also occur in situations where Users violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of our Website. 7. Fees
Our Services may be subject to fees. Some of our Services subject to fees include books (e.g., guides and maps) and coaching and resume review services. The specific fees associated with these Services will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase or engagement.
For Services requiring payment, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. The payment terms, including accepted payment methods, billing cycles, and due dates, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or enrollment. Certain services (e.g., coaching) require payment in advance for the entire package of sessions. By providing your payment information, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor(s) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
We have a no refund policy. You hereby acknowledge and agree that we have a no-refund policy.
We reserve the right to modify or update the fees for Services at our discretion. Any changes to the fees will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline the updated fees before any charges are incurred.
We are not liable for any charges, fees, or penalties imposed by financial institutions or third-party payment processors associated with your chosen payment method.
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable fees and payment terms outlined in this section.
8. Chargebacks
You agree not to make any chargebacks or deny/reverse payments made regarding bills owed to Ameribrights. In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal by you or your financial institution, resulting in loss or damage to us, you are responsible for reimbursing us for reasonable attorney’s fees and collection costs incurred to recover the amount owed.
By using our Services, you commit to promptly paying all debts owed to Ameribrights. Failure to do so may result in losing access to our Services.
You acknowledge that chargebacks should not be used for reasons such as a change of mind or difficulties in using our Website. If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us directly to resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback without valid reason is considered theft and may be subject to legal action. If you suspect fraudulent use of your credit/debit card on our website, please contact us immediately for resolution.
9. Intellectual Property
All Content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and audio, is the intellectual property of Ameribrights or its content creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By contributing any User Generated Content, you grant Ameribrights a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in connection with the operation of this Website and related Services.

The Indemnified Parties reserve the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such case, you agree to cooperate with the Indemnified Parties in asserting any available defenses.

IF YOU RESIDE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION CONSUMER RULES AND PROTOCOL. YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST AMERIBRIGHTS IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THIS WAIVER APPLIES TO CLASS ARBITRATION, AND, UNLESS WE AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS. BOTH YOU AND AMERIBRIGHTS AGREE TO MAINTAIN THIS CONFIDENTIALITY, AND THE ARBITRATOR MUST ALSO AGREE TO THE SAME STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. ANY ARBITRATION AWARD SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES AND REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES. YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU MUST INITIATE ANY DISPUTE BY FILING A DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE THE DISPUTE AROSE. FAILURE TO DO SO SHALL RESULT IN THE WAIVER OF YOUR CLAIM.
JUDGMENT ON THE AWARD RENDERED BY THE ARBITRATOR(S) MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION. THE JURISDICTION FOR ANY APPEAL OF AN ARBITRATION AWARD SHALL BE APPROPRIATE ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT WHERE THE ARBITRATION TOOK PLACE. YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AMERIBRIGHTS WOULD NOT PERMIT USE OF ITS WEBSITE AND SERVICES ABSENT YOUR AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE AND WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
18. Miscellaneous
We may assign or delegate these Terms, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Terms without our prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment and delegation by you shall be void.
These Terms represent the complete agreement between the parties, superseding all prior oral or written agreements. Any changes or modifications to these Terms must be made in writing.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, reflecting the original intent as closely as possible.
Any failure by Ameribrights to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or our right to enforce it at a later time. All waivers by Ameribrights must be made in writing to be effective.
By accessing our Website or Services, you confirm that your intention is solely to personally benefit from them and not for the benefit of any competitor of Ameribrights.

Overview
At Ameribrights, we offer personalized resume review services designed to support your educational and career aspirations. Our services aim to enhance your resume for specific goals such as internships, jobs, scholarships, and admissions applications. Our packages include a detailed questionnaire and an optional goal alignment chat to ensure a tailored and strategic approach.
Packages
We offer various packages catering to different stages of academic and professional development. These packages are subject to change. For detailed information on the current packages, please visit our Website or contact support@ameribrights.com.
Questionnaire Requirement
To ensure the highest quality of service, You must complete a detailed questionnaire prior to the commencement of any resume review work. Some of the questions are optional. This questionnaire is crucial for us to understand your background, goals, and specific needs. For information about how we handle personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. You will find the link to upload your existing resume within the questionnaire.
Turnaround Time
The standard turnaround time for resume reviews is 5-7 business days from the date you submit the questionnaire or the goal alignment chat, whichever comes later.
15-Minute Goal Alignment Chat
The 15-minute goal alignment chat is an optional part of our service designed to better understand your objectives and preferences.
- Scheduling: During the checkout process, you’ll be asked to schedule the chat. You will be directed to a third party scheduling platform, where you can choose your preferred time slot. If you do not wish to proceed with the meeting, simply continue with the scheduling process and send us an email at support@ameribrights.com to let us know your preference.

Availability, Scheduling, and Rescheduling/Cancellation
Please note that our coaching services have limited availability due to our current number of coaches. We anticipate availability to be primarily on weekday evenings and Saturdays. If you have any concerns regarding our availability, please feel free to reach out to us via email before purchasing the package. Please note that our availability may vary depending on current bookings and other professional commitments.
We strongly recommend booking coaching sessions well in advance to secure your preferred date and time. To schedule a coaching session, our purchase page will direct you to our third-party scheduling platform. There you will be able to view our available time slots and schedule your sessions. Availability is updated regularly, but please note that slots may fill up quickly. Please be aware that we have a limited number of slots available each week for coaching sessions. Once these slots are filled, we may not be able to accommodate additional bookings until the following week or as availability allows.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to allow us to adjust our schedule accordingly. Requests to reschedule or cancel a session made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a forfeiture of the session fee. To reschedule or cancel a session, please follow the directions in your confirmation email.
Special Note: Personalized Coaching
If you opt for our Personalized Coaching package, which includes three coaching sessions, please carefully follow the prompts when scheduling your sessions through a third party scheduling platform. During the purchase process, you will be prompted to schedule three sessions. It is crucial to choose three consecutive time slots that work for you. Once you choose the time slots, you will be redirected to another page where you will be asked to share your resume. It is important to maintain consistency in the scheduling of your Personalized Coaching sessions. Once you have selected the initial time slots for all three sessions, subsequent changes or rescheduling may affect the sequence and alignment of your sessions.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and alignment of your Personalized Coaching Session. If You change or reschedule a session, please review and adjust subsequent sessions as needed to maintain continuity and effectiveness.
Special Note: Rapid Fire Coaching
To ensure the highest quality of service, You must complete a detailed questionnaire prior to the commencement of your Rapid Fire Coaching session. Some of the questions are optional. This questionnaire is crucial for us to understand your background, goals, and specific needs. For information about how we handle personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. You will find the link to upload your resume within the questionnaire.

Instructions on how to access your documents will be sent to your email address. Additionally, You may print a single copy of the book(s) for personal use.
Prohibited Uses and Copyright
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the books with third parties is strictly prohibited.
